Steps to enable languages on your personal W&J settings list.

1.Open up the Microsoft Office XP language setting program file

Under: START > PROGRAM FILES > MICROSOFT OFFICE TOOLS

2. Enable specific languages for Proofing

You will now see the following field box on your screen. To enable a language, select a language (or languages) from the "Available Languages" box on the left hand side.

Here we will enable Russian:

Now click on Add and it will appear in the "Enabled Languages" box.

 

Tip: You may just want to enable all languages, by selecting the entire list on the left. Click on the first language, then scroll down to the last language. Hold down the shift key, then click on the last language. Now click on ADD and you have enabled all possible languages for proofing.

The enabled languages will now have proofing tools support once you restart a Microsoft Office Product.
